NSW:8 men charged over Sydney armed robberies

Police have now charged eight men in connection with a string of armed robberies in
southwest and inner Sydney.

A 27-year-old man was charged yesterday with armed robbery offences and appeared in court.

Police then searched a home at Roselands this morning and allegedly found an amount
of ammunition, steroids and a stun gun.

Four more men were arrested at different addresses in southwestern Sydney today.

The men - three aged 21 and a 22-year-old - were charged with numerous offences relating
to armed robberies.

They were refused bail to appear before Bankstown Local Court.

Three men were charged in May and June over the armed robberies of brothels.
