Deposed Sydney Lord Mayor LUCY TURNBULL has accused her predecessor, New South Wales
minister FRANK SARTOR of sexism by describing her as hysterical during a heated phone
conversation.

The row stems from a phone conversation on the eve of the CARR government's shock sacking
